Together with Ethernautica, Ran Kirlian also released another album in New Year’s Eve entitled Stillness. It is a deep and dark soundworld album formed by three long-form pieces where slow evolving passages flow to conform intense textures.
This is what Kirlian has to say about this album:
«Stillness proposes an isolated and timeless sonic universe that combines and contrasts static and dynamism trying to cause the listener to feel expelled from that world full of sounds, noises and rhythms resulting from the daily reality in which we live. In Stillness you can find slow sequences and melodies that flow and evolve over even slower structures on mostly static drones. This made me feel that the sound world I was creating was expanding again and again, to fill everything.
This album suggests an alternative approach to the classic concept of environmental drones as I have been developing so far. For the recording and composition process of this album, I have applied patterns similar to those used in works such as Ethernautica.»
Stillness is available digital download format in 24-bit depth sound quality at Bandcamp: https://rankirlian.bandcamp.com/album/stillness

Ran Kirlian just released Ethernautica IV, his fourth episode in his series of raw large format dronescapes. This is what he says about this release:
Our estimated artist
Third instance in the series of recordings based in long format drones and processed raw material. In this volume I collect three pieces as a result of different recording sessions during 2018 with mixed emotions, something that I also wanted to reflect on the cover art. These tracks were originally created as an inspirational source for my own as well as for meditative purposes. Some of these pieces may sound a bit raw and unpredictible, which is part of the spirit of the recordings, so I’ve decided to release these recordings for free.
Second instance in the series of live recordings based in long format drones and raw material originally created as an inspirational source for my own as well as for meditative purposes. Some of these pieces may sound a bit raw and unpredictible, so I’ve decided to release these recordings for free.
Ethernautica I is the opening volume on a series of a series of live recordings based on large format pieces with slow evolving atmospheres, mostly based on drones. This and other pieces that will follow in this series were originally created as an inspirational source for my own as well as for meditative purposes. Some of these pieces may sound a bit raw and unpredictible, so I’ve decided to release these recordings for free.
Dissolution is the new exploration into dark ambient realms by Ran Kirlian after four years in the making and several sound experiments and project evolutions. The result is a collection of 11 new tracks exploring sound in a very organic way, where synth drones melts with environmental noises, acoustic sounds and voices to create soundworlds that drives the listener from the deeps of the earth to the cosmic void.
Composed, performed and recorded by Vauxia Errante, June – November 2014
La Création du Monde is a dark-ambient long form track by Vauxia Errante full of delicated details and intrincated textures conforming a mesmerizing exploration of sonic realms. This is the 3th volume in the Woomh EP series by Altera Orbe artists.
Primigenia is the new album by Vauxia Errante, a journey far beyond his previous full lenght masterwork Cambrian Spirits. Primigenia explores a much darker and organic side of Vauxia’s music with a high pressence of drones, experimental sounds and slow evolutions in search of a deep meditative state on the listener. This new album presents 5 sonic explorations full of complex textures, drifting soundworlds and highly processed field recordings forming a dense atmosphere between alien landscapes and underground flavours. The album, recorded during 2012 and 2013, features Ran Kirlian on synths and voices on two tracks as well as on mixing and mastering. Cover art and pictures also by Ran Kirlian.
